　　After the Chinese-English translating Competition,Mr. White Cat is very happy. But when he comes back home, he is not happy. Why? 原來是his daughter wants to get married. Mr. White Cat is angry with his daughter because she is very silly. You see,她不想marry a cat, she wants to marry other animals. Mr. White Cat對his daughter說，“My dear daughter, you are old enough to get married. You should marry a strong cat.” His daughter說，“I don't want to marry a cat. I want to marry a fox, because a fox is stronger than a cat.”Mr. White Cat說，“Oh, no, you silly girl.How can you marry a fox? A fox is not strong. When a dog comes, he will run away quickly.”聽到這話，his daughter說，“那樣的話，I want to marry a dog, because a dog is stronger than a fox.”Mr. White Cat is angry.

　　他說，“Oh, no, you silly girl. How can you marry a dog? A dog is not strong. When a leopard comes, he will run away quickly.”聽到這話，his daughter說，“那樣的話，I want to marry a leopard, because a leopard is stronger than a dog. Mr. White Cat is very angry. 他說，“Oh, no, you silly girl. How can you marry a leopard? A leopard is not strong. When a tiger comes, he will run away quickly.”聽到這話，his daughter說，“那樣的話, I want to marry a tiger, because a tiger is stronger than a leopard.” Mr. White Cat is very very angry. 他說，“Oh, no, you silly girl. How can you marry a tiger? A tiger is not strong. When an elephant comes, he will run away quickly. ”聽到這話，his daughter說，“那樣的話，I want to marry an elephant, because an elephant is stronger than a tiger.” Mr. White Cat is very very very angry. 他說，“Oh, no, you silly girl. How can you marry an elephant? An elephant is not strong. When a mouse comes,he will run away quickly because 他最害怕mouse run into his nose.”聽到這話，his daughter說，“那樣的話, I want to marry a mouse, because a nouse is stronger than an elephant. Mr. White Cat is very very very very angry. 他說，“Oh, no, you silly girl. How can you marry a mouse? A mouse is not stronger. When a cat
comes, he will run away quickly.” 聽到這話，his daughter說，“那樣的話，I want to marry a cat, because a cat is stronger than a mouse.” Now, Mr. White Cat is not angry. He is happy to hear his daughter wants to marry a cat. "That's right, my dear daughter. Remember, a cat should marry a cat. You cannot marry other animals."

　　漢英翻譯比賽之后，白貓先生非常開心。但是當(dāng)他回到家后，他就不開心了，為什么呢？原來是他的女兒想要結(jié)婚了。白貓先生對他女兒很生氣，因?yàn)樗�女兒很愚蠢。她不想嫁給一只貓，卻想要嫁給其它動物。白貓先生對他的女兒說，我親愛的女兒，你是不小了，是該結(jié)婚了。你應(yīng)該嫁給一只強(qiáng)壯的貓。他女兒說，我不想嫁給一只貓，我想要嫁給一只狐貍，因?yàn)楹�貍比貓�?qiáng)壯。白貓先生說，不，我愚蠢的女兒。你怎么能嫁給一只狐貍呢？狐貍不夠強(qiáng)壯，當(dāng)一只狗過來的時(shí)候，狐貍早就很快跑走了。聽到這話，他女兒說，那樣的話，我想要嫁給一只狗，因?yàn)楣繁群�貍�?qiáng)壯。白貓非常生氣，他說，不，我愚蠢的女兒，你怎么能嫁給一只狗呢?狗不夠強(qiáng)壯，當(dāng)一只豹子跑過來的時(shí)候，狗早就很快的跑開了。聽到這話，他女兒說，那樣的話，我想要嫁給一只豹子，因?yàn)楸�子比狗�?qiáng)壯。白貓先生很生氣，他說，不，我愚蠢的女兒，你怎么能嫁給一只豹子呢？豹子不夠強(qiáng)壯，當(dāng)一只老虎跑過來的時(shí)候，豹子早就快速地走開了。聽到這話，他女兒說，那樣的話，我想要嫁給一只老虎，因?yàn)槔匣⒈缺�子�?qiáng)壯。白貓先生非常非常生氣，他說，不，我愚蠢的女兒，你怎么能嫁給一只老虎呢？當(dāng)一只大象過來的時(shí)候，老虎早就快速地跑開了。聽到這話，他女兒說，那樣的話，我想要嫁給一只大象，因?yàn)榇笙蟊壤匣��?qiáng)壯。白貓先生非常非常非常的生氣，他說，不，我愚蠢的女兒，你怎么能嫁給一只大象呢？當(dāng)一只老鼠過來的時(shí)候，大象早就快速地跑開了，因?yàn)樗�害怕老鼠會跑進(jìn)它的鼻子里。聽到這話，他女兒說，那樣的話，我想要嫁給一只老鼠，因?yàn)槔鲜蟊却笙髲?qiáng)壯。白貓先生非常非常非常生氣，他說，不，我愚蠢的女兒，你怎么能嫁給一只老鼠呢？老鼠不強(qiáng)壯，當(dāng)一只貓過來的時(shí)候，老鼠早就立馬跑開了。聽到這話，他女兒說，那樣的話，我想要嫁給一只貓，因?yàn)樨埍壤鲜髲?qiáng)壯。現(xiàn)在，白貓先生一點(diǎn)都不生氣了。他聽到她女兒想要嫁給一只貓很開心。“這就對了嘛，我親愛的女兒。你要記住，貓就該嫁給貓。你不能嫁給其它動物。”

　　于是Mr. White Cat就把Mr. Brown Cat's son介紹給his daughter. His daughter發(fā)現(xiàn)Mr. Brown Cat's son is very strong and clever. He can play the piano beautifully,just like Mr. Brown Cat. He can play the violin beautifully just like Mr. Brown Cat. 經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的接觸，她發(fā)現(xiàn)Mr. Brown Cat's son is very honest and very faithful. 所以，after three months, they get married, and they now live a happy life.

　　于是，白貓先生就把棕色貓先生的兒子介紹給了他女兒。他女兒發(fā)現(xiàn)棕色貓先生的兒子非常強(qiáng)壯也很聰明。他能非常優(yōu)美地彈鋼琴，跟他的父親一樣。他也能跟他父親一樣拉優(yōu)美的小提琴。經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的接觸，她發(fā)現(xiàn)棕色貓的兒子非常誠實(shí)和忠誠。所以，三個(gè)月之后，他們就結(jié)婚了，現(xiàn)在他們過著非常幸福的生活。
